Our Double Wall Corrugated Pipe extrusion line can produce both PE and PVC pipes.

We adopt two single-screw extruders to produce PE pipes, one extruder is used to make inside wall, the other extruder is used to make outside wall. During the course of production the weight and thickness of the product pipes can be adjusted to meet different request of customers. We use one set of twin conical screw extruder to produve PVC pipes.

This production line adopt automatic lubricating system, it can ensure during the course of production every part of the machine can be well lubricated.

We adopt both water cooling and air cooling for the production so that it has good cooling effect and thus it can ensure the production speed of pipes of 4- 6m/min.

The high-precision die and mould made of special alloy material, it is has very good anti-wear capacity and with long lifespan, the sizes is exactly the same so that each mould is interchangeable.

This production also use world famous PLC control system like Panasonic or Omron, it has perfect self-inspecting funcfion and can realize highly automatic on-line control, the simplified touch-screen makes you can control all the production easily.

Also this production line has automatic stop and warning protection function. Once met the problem of power off suddenly the calibrating machine will seperate with the mould automatically so that the material will not jamed into the mould and lead to some unexpected problem.
